updating

Needs updating Phil. Green shouldn't be in there, and why is Marbury still in the top 100?

Diaw

A lot of people are souring because Diaw's starting to play well. Hate to tell I told em so.

Rashard Lewis

Why does this guy always fly under the radar? I think he's very underrated, in fantasy and in real life. He and Ray Allen are doing wonders for one of my teams!

Lewis

I think the biggest thing with him is that he doesn't give you the flashy stats so much. Points, boards and assists are the sexy stats that everyone pays attention to. The problem is, there are a lot of guys who get you those, but can also hurt you in other categories that are often forgotten about, like the % cats and tos. Lewis gets you some solid stats, especially in points and threes, offers good %s and doesn't turn the ball over. Not sexy, but very fantasy friendly.

Mo Pete/Gordon

I heard that Mo Pete is moving to the bench behind Fred Jones. I also heard that Ben Gordon's moving to the bench. What do you think, Philthy? Will that effect there play?

Ugh

Phil - why is Shaq still on this list???

lol I read a comment at the fantasy basketball cafe asking why ZaZa Pachulia didn't make this list (why he didn't ask that question here? I don't know). I so badly wanted to say...CUZ HE SUCKS!!! :P

Yao Ming

He's on fire! Why isn't he ranked higher?

J.R. Smith

The nuggs got nothing else at scoring guard. Smith should be rated higher.

nash

finally, nash is ahed of kidd where he belongs

Comments

DHoward should be higher on that list. The guy's a stud. Kudos for putting Rip Hamilton and Tony Parker so low. They aint' nothing in fantasy.

Howard

If he shoots 9-12 from the line like he did in the first two games, I'd agree with you. If he shoots 4-9 like he did in his third game and which is closer to typical for him, I'd keep him where he's at.

Also, he's turnover prone.

Getting his blocks up might help his cause too.

Howard's other stats

He also gets slightly-higher-than-average assists and steals for a big man.

re:Howard's other stats

I'm not sure how you figure that. He averaged 1.5 assists per last year and in two games is averaging 2.5 assists per with 5 TOs per.

As for steals, he averaged 0.8 a game last year, which isn't bad, but it's hardly going to make much of a dent.
